Take a walk with the Mount Pleasant Area Historical Society as we explore "The Dark Side of Helltown." Do you love true crime? Would you like to learn more local history? Are you looking for a date night or something fun to do outside while safely socially distanced? Then join us for an exploration of some of the true crime stories of Helltown! We will be having 4 tours on both Saturday, June 5th and Saturday, June 12th. Tours leave at 5,530,7,and 730 pm promptly each day. Tickets are $15.00 each. NOTE: Please arrive at least 15 minutes at our office location (422 Washington St) before your scheduled tour to be checked in-we will be leaving exactly at the scheduled time on your ticket. Please contact us if you believe you will be late and we will try our best to get you on another tour. Also please be aware that this is an outside walking tour that includes inclines, uneven surfaces and far distances. (The tour is ~1 mile total). All CDC COVID-19 mitigation guidelines will be followed. Please wear appropriate footwear/clothing. Pre-packaged refreshments will be available for sale.
